Carnival Cruise Line sails to the Cayman Islands frequently. For 2022, Carnival Vista has seven-night cruises to Jamaica, the Cayman Islands, and Cozumel scheduled about twice a month April through November.

Royal Caribbean has regular Western Caribbean cruises that include the Cayman Islands. Weekly cruises are scheduled for most of 2022 that include ports of call in George Town, Grand Cayman as well as Cozumel, Mexico and Falmouth, Jamaica.

Disney Cruise Line
Disney Cruise Line only spends a few months in Galveston during the winter but a few Disney cruise itineraries do include the Cayman Islands.
